&middot; Responsible for diagnosing causes of problems or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair or replacement needs.&middot; Responsible for inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. Air-conditioning units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs.&middot; Responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.&middot; Responsible for preparation of daily reports on the tasks performed.&middot; Responsible for informing superiors for spare parts requirement and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary repair.&middot; Responsible for taking appropriate action and complying with building and safety regulations.&middot; Responsible for coordinating with contractors are major issues.<ul><li>To inform the superiors in case of any emergency.</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness in the workplace after completion of the maintenance works.</li><li>Responsible for office building maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Assists Mechanical Engineers as and when required.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Position Summary: 
We are seeking a Diesel A/C Technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel and alternative fuel vehicles, including A/C systems. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with teamwork and problem-solving to keep our fleet running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems on diesel trucks and heavy-duty equipment</li>
<li>Assist drivers with daily pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle safety checks</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services on diesel, gasoline, and CNG systems</li>
<li>Complete lubrication and repair tasks on trucks as scheduled</li>
<li>Assist in brake inspections, documenting findings daily</li>
<li>Support A &amp; B technicians with engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and body repairs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate repair records, parts usage, and time tracking in the system</li>
<li>Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe per OSHA standards</li>
<li>Follow all safety policies, procedures, and corporate ethics standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience with diesel A/C systems and general heavy-duty truck maintenance</li>
<li>Knowledge of lubrication, brake inspection, and fluid top-up procedures</li>
<li>Ability to assist in repairs for lights, wipers, mirrors, and other vehicle components</li>
<li>Strong understanding of tools and equipment required for truck repair and maintenance</li>
<li>Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting</li>
<li>Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li>
