<li>0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil &amp; Gas sector</li>
<li>Familiar with plant equipment, processes, and all ongoing activities.</li>
<li>General troubleshooting, problem-solving, information analysis, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>General understanding of Plant PFDs, P &amp; IDs, drawings, Cause &amp; Effect matrix, and Fire &amp; Gas detection system philosophy</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive Maintenance) methodology</li>
<li>Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required.</li>

</p><p><b>SUMMARY: </b>The secondary operator assists the Primary Operator with final trim on molded products. Primary responsibilities include routing parts, proper stacking to protect parts from damage, quality inspection for defects, as well as assembly as needed. Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 &ndash; 30 lbs. 30% of the workday and 30 lbs. &ndash; 60 lbs. 20% of the workday.</p><p><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Trim parts using routers, saws and air tools
</li><li>Assemble parts using sonic welder, glue, and other parts and pieces as required</li><li>
Verify the prints for routing and assembly match parts</li><li>

Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking through out shift. Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance, and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet. Frequently positions self to maneuver around the part when finishing. Must be able to operate the hand and air tools frequently. Must be able to work overhead using hand and air tools, lift and carry parts and dump powder boxes.</p><p><b>
