Associate&mdash;Classroom works directly in a classroom to fill vacancies created when teachers are absent or on leave from the workplace. Associate&mdash;Classroom will need to be flexible in filling short-term and/or long-term needs of a school. They may be asked to cover prep periods, provide lesson plans, engage in student supervision and/or instruction, proctor or administer student assessments, grade lessons or exams and enter results into records, attend parent conferences, collaborate with instructional team for planning, or other related duties.

Proctor and grade examinations or lessons and enter results into the appropriate classroom records. Record attendance according to school policy.
</li><li>Establish and enforce rules of behavior and procedures for maintaining effective classroom management to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.

Accreditation: Oversees and manages university, state, and national accreditation processes for the college. Prepares or coordinates required reports related to accreditation and academic program assessment. Strategic Planning and Operations: Participates in long-term strategic and facilities planning to advance the mission and goals of CHSS. Provides leadership and representation in college-wide and university-wide planning initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and assessment of strategic priorities.
