Job Description:<div>
The Account Administrator II is responsible for the planning, scheduling and dispatching of drivers to move our customers&rsquo; freight. The role owns the relationship with our valued Independent Contractors and is instrumental in the successful coordination of the timely and accurate delivery of goods. 
Core Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and dispatching of customer freight</li><li>Negotiating rates with customers, drivers, and carriers</li><li>Ensure all customer instructions are entered into the system</li><li>Develop a strong relationship with Independent Contractors within fleet</li><li>Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally</li><li>Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities</li><li>Work cooperatively with customer service to provide solutions for customers&rsquo; needs and resolve issues</li><li>Regular and dependable attendance</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:
