About the Role</b><br>
Knotch is seeking an experienced, strategic Account Director to lead and grow relationships across our enterprise customer base. This role is responsible for owning the commercial strategy for each account, driving renewals, expanding product adoption, and ensuring that Knotch delivers against the business outcomes defined in each Account Plan.</p><p><br>

7+ years of enterprise account management experience.</li><li>
