Responsibilities: 
The Account Executive serves as a Sales Executive for new and existing accounts. The Account Executive facilitates all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to:
<ul><li>Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly
</li><li>Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
</li><li>Qualifies sales opportunities through market / customer research and understanding the client&rsquo;s needs
</li><li>Communicates value proposition to customers, proposes sales solutions to customers and reevaluates solutions where necessary
</li><li>Managing the sales process from purchase order to installation
</li><li>Closes sales opportunities by securing purchase orders or signed proposals
</li>Provides outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction facilitating long term relationships for repeat business with customers 
<li>
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>3 plus years of successful Outside B2B Sales experience
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred
</li><li>Prospecting, hunter mentality, and aggressive self-motivated individual
</li><li>Industry experience: Document Imaging and/or Document Management space desirable
</li><li>Sales or Operations experience is required
</li><li>Tech savvy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software (with an emphasis on Excel) strongly preferred
</li><li>Consultative selling skills &ndash; ability to assess client needs and create solution
</li><li>Average of 2-3 overnights within territory per month, remainder is work from home
</li><li>Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with a good driving record (within the last 5 years)

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon&rsquo;s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant&rsquo;s geographic location. 
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon&rsquo;s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Using a consultative approach, communicate the selling benefits of the Simplot product line in addition to the sale of products to ensure that customers are provided with the product knowledge they need to be successful.</li><li>
