The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and uphold the highest moral values in all financial dealings. This role requires hands-on experience with bookkeeping, managing day-to-day banking operations, and supporting accurate financial record-keeping. Account Officer will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our financial data while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collect financial data such as incoming and outgoing payments</li><li>Assisting in the execution of end-to-end monthly financial closing, including general accounting and bookkeeping.</li><li>Assisting team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, in the accounting system, and that ledger accounts are accurate.</li><li>Working with Global Accounting processes such as keeping records of our Qatari entity, their accounting and tax principles.</li><li>Assisting in Payroll transactions with end-to-end verification</li><li>Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.</li><li>Collect financial data such as incoming and outgoing payments</li><li>Enter this data into software</li><li>Ensure compliance of federal regulations and law for all transactions</li><li>Keep track of accounting tasks and deadlines</li><li>Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.</li><li>Maintains historical records by filing documents</li><li>Creating and Managing (Electronics &amp; Physical files) for receipts history</li><li>Creating CPRs and getting them signed by each vendor during cash transactions</li><li>Assisting in preparing month-end journal entries i.e Financial Statements,, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and provide monthly close deliverables.</li><li>Processing Invoices, keeping track of all invoice data, and follow-ups on outstanding payments. Maintaining relations with Local &amp; international vendors for fluent transactional processes</li><li>Tracking expenses, and reconciling employee reports with receipts and company policies.</li><li>Ensuring all employees have existing relevant bank accounts and getting their new bank accounts created if non-existent</li><li>Assisting in reconciling bank statements with the company's financial records. Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank records and accounting records.</li><li>Implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to accounting rules and changes. Automating the procedures.</li><li>Patching up with the latest accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments as needed.</li><li>Fostering a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of accountability.</li></ul>General Requirements:<ul><li>High Integrity and Moral values.</li><li>Extremely high attention to detail.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.
