Accounting &amp; Billing<ul><li>
Prepare monthly stall billing and custom project invoices, including account maintenance, payment application, customer account management, and month-end reporting.</li><li>
Maintain accurate billing records using web-based accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Process accounts payable by entering invoices, matching supporting documentation, assisting with check preparation, and maintaining organized financial records.</li><li>
Prepare weekly bank deposits, including check scanning, deposit reconciliation, and processing credit card fund transfers.</li><li>
Assist with monthly lumber inventory by comparing physical counts with inventory reports and assisting with reconciliation.</li></ul>
Administrative Support<ul><li>
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, contracts, vehicle titles, registrations, leases, and other business records.</li><li>
Archive accounting and administrative records according to company procedures.</li><li>
Assist the Accounting Coordinator and/or Director with special projects, financial analysis, reporting, and provide backup coverage when necessary.</li><li>
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including filing, copying, scanning, ordering office supplies, data entry, and other office duties.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of The Thoroughbred Center.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education and Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>
