 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 The Accounting Administrator supports both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as well as other general accounting needs like expense report processing and is a great entry point into a professional services accounting environment, specifically Multifamily architecture. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to multiple aspects of accounting operations.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with the accounting team and project teams to keep processes running smoothly while building foundational skills in administrative, billing, and financial coordination.

Responsible for the verification of accounts payable documentation with the proper expense authorization and for the accounts payable on new vendors, data entry input, check processing and manual controls for nine plant locations.

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Verify payables by matching invoice quantities and prices to purchase order documentation and receiving reports. Review and code invoices for proper ledger expense classifications. Document and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul>
