Position Summary
SPV Accounting &ndash; Solution Advisor<ul><li><ul><li> The Consultant is a hands-on member of Deloitte&rsquo;s Finance Operate team, responsible for executing day-to-day SPV activities for global investment management clients.</li><li> Deliver accurate, timely financial information under US GAAP (incl. Work You Will Do<div>
The Consultant provides end to end finance operate services by working on a wide variety of corporations, including multinational companies across traditional and alternative fund management industry and real estate asset management industry.</div><ul><li> Draft Asset Co and Hold Co monthly/quarterly financial statement reviews including consolidation at ultimate and intermediate Hold Co level, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, Asset and debt appraisals</li><li> Finalization of audited/non-audited fund financial statements; continually improve the level and content of reporting and communication</li><li> Implementing financial close and reporting solutions</li><li> Overseeing onboarding of new assets under existing or new Asset Companies, review of Capital allocations, distributions and Investor statements; Responsible for internal and Portfolio Managers reporting</li><li> Driving operational efficiencies in the financial close and reporting process through providing efficient, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions aligned with accounting and financial reporting requirements</li><li> Participating in engagement planning and budgeting; managing engagement economics, engagement risk, and engagement timeline</li><li> Contributing to training and personnel development efforts within their area of expertise</li><li> Working with team to identify and understand their challenges, managing day-to-day client and internal relationships and identify solutions to drive desired outcomes</li><li> Create and maintain quality control processes and report quality control metrics to project leadership</li></ul>

 Integration with client&rsquo;s internal staff as a subject matter expert when it comes to operational senior accounting tasks or overall financial team support.

 Who you are:

 An undergraduate degree in Accounting &ndash; CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in Accounting.

 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Two to five years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance with a minimum of two years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).

 Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.
