We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to support the Finance Department in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Trinidad &amp; Tobago.We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Payable Coordinator to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with invoices, interacting with other departments and vendors.<ul><li>Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices, expense (non-PO) invoices and debit/credit memos</li><li>Prioritize weekly payment batches to take full advantage of terms and discounts.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with Buyers, Approvers and Vendors, responding timely to inquiries.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.</li><li>Assist in month end closing, including general ledger account reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Responsible for the accurate maintenance and filing of all accounts payable documents.</li><li>Any other task assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2 years of experience in accounts payable</li><li>Fully Bilingual</li><li>Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to details</li><li>Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen</li><li>Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (Sage).</li><li>BS/BC in accounting, finance, or relevant field'</li></ul>Typical end time:<ul><li>5PM</li></ul>Typical start time:<ul><li>8AM</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Accounts Payable: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The Workforce Planning Analyst will lead the design and hands-on development of enterprise-scale planning models supporting workforce planning, finance, sales, and operations. This role sits within a centralized planning team and plays a critical part in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. 
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role with ownership of model design, build quality, and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven Anaplan builder with experience delivering end-to-end implementations, who thrives in a structured environment and contributes to both solution delivery and team standards. 
Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support building and maintaining Anaplan models (modules, lists, and basic workflows)</li><li>
Help translate business needs into simple, structured solutions</li><li>
Assist in developing and updating models through iterative work cycles</li><li>
Support data validation, model accuracy, and basic performance improvements</li><li>
Work with finance and business teams (FP&amp;A, operations) to understand planning needs</li><li>
Assist with data integrations and data preparation from different sources</li><li>
Follow established modeling standards, documentation, and governance practices</li><li>
Participate in testing, reviews, and deployment support activities</li><li>
Leverage tools (including automation and AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and accuracy</li><li>
Independently owns model components or functional domains end-to-end</li><li>
Decomposes complex planning problems into scalable, maintainable solutions</li><li>
Ensures accuracy, performance, and long-term sustainability of models</li><li>
Builds trust with stakeholders through delivery, clarity, and reliability</li><li>
Supports onboarding, mentoring, and development of team standards and best practices</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
1+ year of experience in workforce management (real time management, scheduling, and forecast &amp; planning)</li><li>
Experience in analytics, financial analysis, or data-focused roles</li><li>
Experience with FP&amp;A processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling)</li><li>
Solid analytical skills with experience in structured logic, data modeling, and scalable solutions</li><li>
Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>
Proficiency in large dataset handling and advanced Excel</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 2+)</li><li>
Training/certification support may be available for high-potential candidates</li><li>
Experience working in enterprise planning environments (multi-model ecosystems, CoE/governance structures)</li><li>
Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or headcount modeling at scale</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks</li><li>
Exposure to Anaplan or similar planning tools</li><li>
Exposure to platforms such as Workday, SAP, Snowflake, or similar enterprise systems</li></ul>
