Qualifications
Option 1:
30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in accounting &amp;/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.

Summary
This position is responsible for processing all accounting responsibilities for titling and registration procurement in the North America Research and review unbilled items for license and sales tax prepaid items over customer contract amount. Accounts Payable processing for all licensing processing as needed.
Essential Functions
<ul><li>Reconciliation, review and interpret business functions of all license prepaid fees including license, title, sales and personal property tax for coverage area completing set up of amortization schedule. Responsibility will include all set up of amortization of prepaid fees including license, sales tax and personal property tax.</li>
<li>Review of general ledger details monthly to identify potential revenue opportunities and complete necessary accounting journal entry corrections and processing of billing not captured through automated process.</li>
<li>Personal property tax support and completion of annual reporting renewals.</li>
<li>Process payable invoices thorough Workday for vendor services such as imaging, legal services, state runners, etc.</li>
