<b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
Ensure financial data is entered into Unanet correctly and accurately.</li><li>
Generate accounting and audit reports for accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profits and losses.</li><li>
Reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits, and address inquiries from bank.</li><li>
Verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to appropriate accounts.</li><li>
Perform journal entries and maintain general ledger.
</li><li>Generate customer invoices and submit for payment. Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage accounts receivable collections.</li><li>
Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts and perform end of month closeout within Unanet.</li><li>
Provide CPA and outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform audits.</li><li>
Research and develop labor cost estimates and assist in proposal pricing development.
</li><li>Audit and process employee expense reports within established regulations and company policy.
