 Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring that all QA/QC and client-related documentation complies with company procedures, project requirements, and contractual obligations, while providing effective support to Clients and internal teams.
 
 
 
 Tasks

 Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures

 Ensure compliance with project quality, contractual, and Client requirements

 Control, review, register, and archive QA/QC documentation in accordance with company document control procedures

 Verify the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of quality records prior to submission to Clients

 Prepare, compile, and submit QA/QC deliverables, inspection reports, and quality records to Clients

 Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision control, and filing systems (hard and soft copies)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and QA/QC teams to collect required documentation

 Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and follow-up actions

 Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documentation and records

 Act as focal point for Client quality-related correspondence and documentation requests Ensure effective communication between project teams and Clients on quality matters
