 We are seeking a highly-motivated, detail oriented, and collaborative individual to join our growing accounting team. A successful candidate is one who thrives in a highly dynamic environment and looks to partner across the organization to build systematic accounting solutions to support our growth. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and owning relationships across the organization to build out critical general ledger accounting policies to support our growth, including leasing &amp; fixed assets. This position will be responsible for leading month-end close activities and aligning our business operations to accounting standards.  What You&rsquo;ll Need:

 12+ years of relevant accounting experience, within technology, logistics, or manufacturing industries

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent practical experience

CPA certification is highly preferred.</div></li></ul><ul><li>
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP across multiple accounting areas (revenue, leases, equity, prepaids, fixed assets, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience leading full-cycle month-end close processes.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven track record of implementing and improving accounting processes and internal controls.</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is highly preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
Public accounting background is a plus.</li></ul>
