<p><b>Position: Accounting Director</b></p><p>Department: Accounting</p><p>Reports to: Vice President</p><p><b>General Summary:</b></p><p>The Accounting Director is responsible for the overall delivery of MSP Beans accounting and bookkeeping services. This position&rsquo;s responsibilities include directly managing a number of teams led by Senior Associates, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering relevant financial analysis for IT Managed Services clients. The Accounting Director will be expected to assist in developing and/or improving processes and managing the team to make sure that MSP Beans successfully meets its service level objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.</p><p>Although not a mandatory prerequisite for consideration.
