 What you'll do
 
 
 As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role within the G&amp;A FP&amp;A team, supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of Corporate Finance. You will partner with finance, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support planning cycles, and help drive business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks, maintaining performance metrics, and clearly communicating business drivers and variances to stakeholders. You will also support ad hoc analysis and contribute to the company's growth and operational effectiveness.
 
 
 This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, G&amp;A FP&amp;A.
 
 
 
 Responsibility
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead FP&amp;A support for Corporate including Capex &amp; Depreciation, Business Taxes, Insurance, allocation rules, and GAAP one-time items, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for these areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the accounting team to support timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management review materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case support for new initiatives and investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and business drivers; identify and explain budget/forecast variances
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processes

 What you bring
 
 
 
 Basic
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning within a dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Google Sheets and Excel; experience building and maintaining complex financial models
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly

 Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

 Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
 
 
 Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
 
 
 California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary
 
 
 Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salary

 Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
