 to manage and process all company payments related to vendors and operational expenses.  Key Responsibilities:

 Receive invoices and supporting documents from vendors and internal departments, review them for accuracy and completeness according to approved policies.

 Verify that invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and approved payment terms before processing.
 </li>

 Prepare payment orders and ensure proper authorization according to company policies.

 Monitor vendor balances regularly, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

<div>Reporting to the Sr AP Accountant Supervisor, the AP Accountant, internally titled AP Specialist enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes ownership of the full AP cycle. The AP Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely vendor payments, and support month-end and year-end close, timely preparation of and audit-ready AP accruals and general ledger account reconciliations, and assist with budget vs. actuals variance analysis.

Accountabilities
Petty Cash:
