<li>Interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate well with wide variety of individuals within the organization and work well in a team based environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational abilities, including the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks, strong ability to attend to detail.</li>
<li>Analytical skills, including the ability to research, interpret and report on complex data.</li>
