 Key Responsibilities:

 Receive invoices and supporting documents from vendors and internal departments, review them for accuracy and completeness according to approved policies.

 Verify that invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and approved payment terms before processing.
 </li>

 Prepare payment orders and ensure proper authorization according to company policies.

 Record all payment transactions accurately and timely in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.

 Monitor vendor balances regularly, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

 Coordinate with the Treasury department to check cash availability and schedule payments based on priorities.

 Support month-end closing by preparing payment schedules and supporting entries.

 Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.

 Adhere to internal controls to prevent duplicate or erroneous payments.

 Support process improvement initiatives in accounts payable to enhance payment cycle efficiency.

 Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.

 Perform any other accounting tasks related to accounts payable as assigned by the direct manager.
