Corporate Credit Cards: Record daily credit card transactions, complete monthly reconciliations, validate charges against expense reports and receipts and manage the issuance and cancellation of credit cards including updating credit limits.

Reporting: Assist with the preparation of accounts payable reports, aging reports, and provide data for audits or internal reviews.</li><li>

Year End: Ensure compliance with tax requirements (e.g., 1099 reporting), and regulatory standards including sales/use tax for all states and unclaimed property reporting.

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, well-versed in GAAP, and possess a strong sense of ownership.Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up new vendors in Business Central, ensuring complete and accurate W-9, banking, and compliance information is collected and maintained</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements with Business Central reports</li><li>Record corporate AMEX expenses in Business Central</li><li>Enter vendor invoices and credit memos in Microsoft Business Central</li><li>Book royalty accrual and reconcile accrual with actual invoices</li><li>Compile VAT worksheets and scan/upload VAT invoices to shared drive</li><li>Assist in calculation and quarterly filing of NYC Commercial Rent Tax (CRT)</li><li>Support the reconciliation of intercompany due to/from accounts for US entities</li><li>Update fixed asset schedule and record depreciation &amp; amortization</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliations</li><li>Review GL details and book reclassifications, if any</li><li>Assist with various audits / insurance renewal / ad hoc projects</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting function</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Solid understanding of the U.S. GAAP</li><li>Experience with AP automation tools is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
