Essential Duties:

<li>Daily Postings: Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices.</li>
<li>Financial Reconciliation: Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly &quot;clean-ups&quot; of schedules to clear paid invoices.</li>
<li>Collections &amp; Aging: Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances. Proactively report on accounts over 60 days and prepare necessary documentation for legal collections.</li>
<li>Cash Operations: Process A/R deposits and p-notes daily; issue refund checks for parts and service orders.</li>
<li>Communication: Resolve vendor and customer billing inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Monthly Cycle: Ensure all A/R statements are printed and mailed by the 25th of each month.</li>
<li>Applications: Facilitate the processing of new charge account applications for Office Manager approval.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Required: Accounts receivable experience.</li>
<li>Preferred: Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership setting is highly valued.</li>
