The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and workqueues, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>AR Lifecycle Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage the complete Accounts Receivable lifecycle from invoicing to cash application.</li><li>Monitor aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.</li><li>Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.</li><li>Process adjustments, credits, and write-offs as per company policy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal audit standards.</li></ul><p><b>Collections Management</b></p><ul><li>Execute proactive collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Contact customers regarding overdue payments via phone/email.</li><li>Negotiate payment terms and establish payment plans when necessary.</li><li>Escalate high-risk accounts appropriately.</li><li>Maintain detailed collection notes and follow-up schedules.</li></ul><p><b>Reporting &amp; Workqueue Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage AR workqueues and prioritize accounts based on aging and risk.</li><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly AR performance reports.</li><li>Track KPIs such as DSO, aging buckets, collection rate, and bad debt.</li><li>Analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support management with dashboards and financial insights.</li></ul><p><b>Financial Analytics &amp; Reconciliation</b></p><ul><li>Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.</li><li>Support cash forecasting and revenue recognition processes.</li><li>Analyze payment patterns and customer credit risk.</li><li>Identify root causes of delayed payments and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.</li><li>Support audit requirements and documentation requests.</li><li>Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to system enhancements and ERP updates.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.</li><li>Strong understanding of AR lifecycle and financial processes.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of financial analytics and KPI tracking.</li><li>Experience handling high-volume receivables.</li><li>Understanding of credit management practices.</li></ul><p><b>Key Competencies</b></p><ul><li>AR lifecycle expertise</li><li>Collections strategy execution</li><li>Financial reporting &amp; analytics</li><li>Workqueue management</li><li>Reconciliation &amp; variance analysis</li><li>Stakeholder communication</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: ₹197,455.72 - ₹626,763.75 per year</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida</p>
