Responsibilities</b></p>

<li> Connect with customers to secure payments and identify key problem accounts for manager&rsquo;s review.</li>
<li> Research outstanding balances and resolve customer issues by coordinating with the Internal team.</li>
<li> Responsible for advising clients on alternative solutions in case of payment failures/ disputes.</li>
<li> Lead collection discussions on key accounts during internal team calls.</li>

<li> BS degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics preferred</li>
<li> 1-2 years of experience in collections and invoice payment processing. Preferred work timing is from 2pm to 10pm.</li>
