The 24/7/365 residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program provides 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 ASAM levels of care for males and females, as well as 3.2 withdrawal management. There are 15 beds allocated for 3.1/3.5, 15 beds for 3.3and 12 beds for 3.2, for a total of 42 beds.
 
The part-time (20 hours a week) Addiction Medicine Physician (AMP) oversees the management of withdrawal symptoms and the initiation, ongoing treatment, and support of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for clients with alcohol and drug use disorders. The AMP handles tasks such as taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, utilizing screening tools, ordering and interpreting lab tests, and diagnosing and treating common medical conditions. Additionally, the AMP works closely with the Intake Department to ensure the safe admission of patients into detoxification and residential treatment programs for substance use disorders.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Assessment and Diagnosis

<li>Assess drug and alcohol use and determine the level of severity using screening tools and current DSM criteria.</li>
<li>Analyze and interpret patient history, symptoms, physical findings, and/or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.</li>
<li>Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries related to addiction use disorder, such as HIV PrEP, Hep C treatment, and other incidental medical services.</li>

Patient Care and Coordination

Under direct supervision the Denials Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving outstanding claims with government and commercial health insurance payers submitted on behalf of Addiction Recovery Care in accordance with established standards, guidelines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conducts root cause analysis of all assigned insurance payer claims and denials to determine appropriate actions required to resolve the claim / denial into a paid status.</li><li>

The CMO will partner directly with the AUGR operating team to build brand presence, scale referrals, expand community reach, and strengthen the center&rsquo;s digital and offline marketing performance.Role SummaryThe CMO will oversee all marketing, brand, referral development, and growth initiatives for the addiction recovery center. This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases patient inquiries, strengthens community and clinical referral pipelines, and elevates the organization&rsquo;s reputation.
