 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Select and interview candidates, provide training, and oversee staff performance; conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Makes sure that all their subordinates comply with their respective core standards &amp; culture standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Is accountable for being a highly visible individual in the lobby that well represents the Executive Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the Banqueting Manager the events logistical needs that are linked with the Guest
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule all Guest Service staff (Bell staff, Valet Parking and Door staff) to ensure maximum guest satisfaction within budgeted guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all vehicles and keys are handled with caution and are properly secured.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the cooperation between all Guest Service staff in handling guest cars, luggage, etc.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in similar position preferably in a luxury or five‑star hotel environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience in managing multicultural teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and planning skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
