The Court Operations Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Third Judicial District in Winona County. This position is responsible for administering and enforcing all relevant policies, reviewing, evaluating, planning, and streamlining daily functions while supervising staff within the court administration office. This position is also responsible for some day-to-day case related responsibilities.
This position is classified as a Court Operations Supervisor and is located in the Winona County Courthouse, 171 West Third Street, Winona, MN 55987.

The following are examples of major job duties expected of this position:
<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, supervise and review the functions and daily operations of personnel in the divisions. Establish workloads and schedules. Analyze work processes and streamline procedures.

</li><li>Interpret statutes, rules and orders and provide recommendations on procedural questions.
</li><li>Review operational reports and implement corrective actions.
