 The Front Desk/ Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties:

 Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department

 &bull; Coordinates divisional and external scheduling requests
 
 &bull; Submits travel related requests, and prepares travel itineraries and meeting agendas, as well as briefing materials. Reconciles travel expense reports and submit in timely fashion.
 
 &bull; Support managers and supervisors in the attendance discipline process by researching company policies and procedures to compose letters for disciplinary action.
 
 &bull; Create and establish communication correspondences, reports, and e-mails to various regional and state organizations.
 
 &bull; Establish and maintain effective business relationships with external and internal customers, improving communication between customers and company.
