Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced integrated marketing organization. This role is central to enabling operational excellence by supporting two senior General Managers and working in close partnership with Chiefs of Staff, Business Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and brings a strong sense of urgency and ownership to every task. From managing complex executive calendars to coordinating team events and tracking project deliverables, this individual will serve as a critical operational backbone for a high-performing marketing leadership team. 
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide high-level administrative support to two General Managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning</li><li>
Manage complex, fast-changing schedules across multiple leaders, proactively anticipating conflicts and resolving them with sound prioritization</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for team meetings, Town Halls, offsites, and morale events, including venue selection and material preparation</li><li>
Track project timelines, coordinate across teams, and manage deliverables to ensure seamless execution</li><li>
Manage expenses for senior leaders, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies</li><li>
Partner with internal stakeholders including Chiefs of Staff, Business Managers, Executive Administrators, and Program Managers to align on business priorities</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment when handling sensitive information</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to a culture of respect, inclusivity, and integrity</li><li>
Respond with urgency and effectiveness to shifting leadership and team needs</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
8 to 10 years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles supporting executive-level management</li><li>
Proven expertise in executive calendar and travel management, event planning, and expense tracking</li><li>
Demonstrated experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment</li><li>
Experience mentoring peers and contributing to team development is preferred</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex executive calendars</li><li>
Strong calendar management skills across multiple senior leaders, including prioritization and conflict resolution</li><li>
Project and task management capabilities, including tracking timelines, coordinating across teams, and managing deliverables</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently</li><li>
Proficiency in procurement and financial tools including MyOrder, MSInvoice, and GSR</li><li>
High level of professionalism, discretion, and tact in handling confidential matters</li><li>
Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and urgency</li><li>
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</li></ul>

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week)</li><li>
Duration: 12 months</li><li>
Pay Range*: $32.50 - $37 per hour</li><li>
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours</li><li>
Job Status: Non-Exempt</li><li>

The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assumes clinical responsibility in an assigned facility. This is a professional position with the primary responsibility of direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Additional duties of an administrative nature are to be performed as assigned. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, is at all times responsible to follow all state-specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in-home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the Physical Therapist; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist.:
 
You will: 
<ul>
<li>Following the plan of care, instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait training, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training.</li>
<li>Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the supervising nurse, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.</li>
<li>Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy in which they can participate to assist the patient.</li>
<li>Visits patient according to Plan of Treatment; complete a daily note for each visit.</li>
<li>Participates in developing the Plan of Treatment as needed with communication with the supervising Physical Therapist.</li>
<li>Adheres to Therapy Standards of Practice in the provision of services to all patients.</li>
<li>Reports to the Physical Therapist information relating to the patient’s progress, complication, and /or response to treatment</li>
<li>Assist Physical Therapist in performing procedures, tests, and complex treatment to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients</li>
