<li>Ideally familiarity with construction projects and contract processes is beneficial, but not essential.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively.</li>
<li>A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.</li>
<li>Adaptability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and effective communication skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>

You will support the operational delivery of EQA qualifications, including Arts Award. As Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting customers to enter candidates for Arts Award/EQA qualifications via our online systems and provide Trinity with their assessment information timely and accurately. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the moderation and monitoring programmes that underpin the quality assurance framework for our Arts Award/EQA qualifications.</p><p></p><p><br>
The role requires organising and coordinating moderations, providing operational support to the monitoring programme, and dealing with a range of customer queries and requests. Additionally, you will complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the end-to-end operational delivery of all EQA qualifications.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role is made up of 21 hours a week, worked over 3 days between (and including) Monday and Friday. Office operating hours are between 9am- 5pm. Job holders within this Group Profile provide administrative support to managers and frontline staff by undertaking transactional work in a particular area.

The MoJ offers Hybrid Working arrangements w business need allows. This is an informal, non-contractual form of flexible working that blends working from your base location, different MoJ sites and / or from home (please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas). Some roles will not be suitable for Hybrid Working. Similarly, Hybrid Working will not suit everyone&rsquo;s circumstances. Arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate(s) and subject to regular review.</p><p>
For nationally advertised roles, the successful candidate(s) will be appointed to a MoJ office location, which may include their nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office. This will be discussed and agreed on the completion of pre-employment checks.</p><p>
Some of MoJ&rsquo;s terms and conditions of service are changing as part of Civil Service reform. The changes will apply to staff joining MoJ who are new to the Civil Service. Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding breaks which are unpaid. The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the EMEA HR department through a range of administrative and operational activities. Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Manage the EMEA HR inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating complex issues to the relevant HR team member as appropriate;</li>

<li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience;</li>
<li>Contribute to the planning and delivery of induction and orientation sessions;</li>
<li>Support probationary processes by tracking timelines, flagging issues, and ensuring appropriate follow up actions are taken;</li>
<li>Assist with Employee Relations processes, including setting up meetings, preparing documentation, and taking notes during meetings and investigations;</li>
<li>Act as key HRIS user supporting data accuracy, running periodic reports, and assisting regional teams where needed;</li>

<li>Proven experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Operations, or similar administrative role;</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR systems and core HR processes;</li>
<li>Exposure to employee relations matters with the ability to provide administrative and coordination support;</li>
<li>Good understanding of UK Employment Law;</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills across multiple levels of an organisation;</li>
<li>Highly organised with strong planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;</li>
<li>Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity;</li>
