This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office (hybrid).The Administrative Project Coordinator provides high-level, concierge-style assigned or project-based support to attorneys, Global Directors and Assistant Directors. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Overview
Data Analyst for Infectious Diseases Clinical Trials Unit will work with and assist the Clinical Research Coordinator, Regulatory Specialist, and Clinical Trial Manager by entering data into clinical trial sponsor system, as well as internal software.
Work Interactions
The Data Analyst will work with and assist the Clinical Research Coordinator, Regulatory Specialist, and Clinical Trial Manager by interacting with the clinical trial sponsor and also their propriety software for data entry. The Data Analyst may interact with clinical trial subjects to plan visits to the clinical trial, as well as schedule the subjects in Google Calendar. The Data Analyst will work with the Clinical Trial Coordinator and also Financial Administrator to ensure data between Georgetown GMS and clinical trial sponsor match. The Data Analyst will escalate necessary issues, such as data discrepancies, when discovered to the Clinical Trial Manager.

Partners with clinical staff to help with the data requirements of research functions</li><li>

Documents technical processes, as needed</li><li>

Effectively communicates with customers, internal resources and support teams to ensure objectives are met</li><li>
Collaborates with clinical and research resources to identify and develop process improvements</li><li>
Assists with the testing and implementation of new system functionality</li><li>

Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
Seeking a candidate with 3 years of experience working with clinical trials and supporting a clinical trial research staff, or a similar health care setting</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; Google Gmail, Calendar, and Drive required</li><li>
Experience with Workday a plus</li><li>

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:

Who We Are:
Children&rsquo;s National has become a destination for families around the country for diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders and congenital heart diseases. In addition to our electrophysiology physicians, our team includes specially trained pediatric arrhythmia nurses.
Collaboration among our heart specialists is central to what we do. We work with other departments and clinics throughout the Heart and Lung Center to ensure our patients receive the most comprehensive, specialized care possible.
About the Role:
The Clinical Program Coordinator will successfully complete the hospital and nursing orientation at CNMC. Will coordinate nursing care and services for patients and family members in specific healthcare specialty encounters by telephonic, electronic, in person, and/or by mail. Will consult with physicians, and other healthcare providers to resolve health concerns. 
 
All nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, CNMC Policies and Procedures, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Professional Model of Care requires registered professional nurses to be responsible and accountable for their own practice. CNMC support the development of RN relationships within the community, specifically those relationships associated with the health and wellbeing of the community at large. Responsible to lead the activities of the patient care delivery team for specific patient population. Provide continuous accountability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care and ensure that continuity of care is maintained.
