The Coordinator, Sr. performs a variety of duties related to the support of the Academic Support Network (ASN) for the Supplemental Instruction (SI) Program on the Tempe campus. This position works collaboratively with a cross-campus workgroup and campus-specific team to provide direct supervision to assigned student staff including, but not limited to, hiring, training, evaluating, and managing schedules. This position will also assist in the delivery of training content for ASN&rsquo;s student workers, develop and maintain faculty relationships, track data, and create data reports This position may supervise assigned SI Peer Lead(s) as needed for the program. This position is also responsible for assisting in the deployment of ASN&rsquo;s Online Study Hub, which includes supporting student staff participation in ASN's Online Study Hub platform.
