Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide administrative services, management, and program office support to PEO organizations to enable effective day-to-day program execution and leadership decision-making.</li><li>
Maintain and update program office information, files, and records within approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint and office file storage systems) to support continuity and rapid retrieval of program documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video teleconferences (VTCs); prepare agendas and supporting materials for program leadership.</li><li>

Provide administrative and analysis support to contracting/program efforts by reviewing and organizing funding documents and material/equipment lists; support bookkeeping and data analysis associated with ongoing license purchases and customer requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate with IT and support organizations (e.g., J6) to enable office upgrades and sustain operational effectiveness during system/space changes.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate test or experimentation events by liaising with vendors, arranging logistics, and conducting site surveys to support successful execution.</li><li>
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively on diverse teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>

  Job Responsibilities

   Utilize route management software to schedule, coordinate and dispatch specimen pickups
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage high volume email/phone traffic to coordinate resources (employees, vendors, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for specific service area to ensure best possible solutions for client
  </li>
  <li>
   Achieve location productivity and expense targets while meeting customer expectations
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure a balance between customer response time, accuracy and cost/productivity targets
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow standard procedures for field requests for service and dispatching calls
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem solve and provide potential resolutions for any specimen related issue
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize multiple databases to process requests and inquiries
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs a variety of administrative/clerical duties as needed

  Minimum Qualifications

   High school diploma or GED or equivalent
