About the Role:</b></p>
<p>
The Supervisor of Staff (&quot;Supervisor&quot;) is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Stages (&quot;Division&quot;) Division. The Supervisor under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of Stages using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs. The Supervisor coordinates team functions and community activities to enhance the quality of treatment consumers receive and ensure compliance with company goals. The Supervisor has administrative oversight of the team including financial, resource and facilities management. Additionally, the Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.</p>
<p><b>
Program Description:</b> Stages is an Acute Treatment Unit whose goal is to reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization, either by facilitating the step-down transition from inpatient level of care, providing treatment to those in need of involuntary hospitalization, or by providing treatment to individuals experiencing worsening mental health symptoms that are not yet severe enough to warrant involuntary hospitalization. Stages' integrated treatment team works closely with other Community Reach Center programs, as well as other community stakeholders, to collaboratively identify individuals experiencing these needs and provide individualized and group-based services, medication monitoring, and care management as clinically indicated.</p>
<p><b><i>
Essential Functions:
</i></b></p><ul><li>Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers.</li>
<li>Collects data to report back to the state around how the team is functioning, and how consumers on the team are progressing in treatment.</li>
<li>Identify, implement, and monitor customer services standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs, in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Provides oversight regarding the compliance and standards of care concerning all licensing, accrediting and oversight agencies that are consistent with the peer program, as well as organizational goals.</li>
<li>Trains and evaluates staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.</li>
<li>Participates in the selection process for internal and external candidates for program staff.</li>
<li>Conducts timely audits to ensure compliance with Community Reach Center goals, policies, state, and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation</li>
<li>Provides direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence-based practice models on location and in the community.</li>
<li>Completes performance evaluations and provide appropriate coaching and counseling to ensure all employees perform at satisfactory levels, identify where discipline is appropriate.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field</li>
<li>LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required</li>
<li>1+ years of experience working with psychiatric rehabilitation model</li>
<li>2+ years of experience as a supervisor, general performance coaching, and cultivating a learning environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with state and local policy issues regarding mental health, and/or substance abuse.</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish is a plus.</li>
