Reporting to the Unit Director, the Administrative Support Staff will assist with admissions paperwork, auditing of member files, attendance, billing and coordinating events. Occasionally assisting in program coverage for children ages 5 -13. Additional responsibilities include complying with EEC regulations.
Position is on-site, 20 hours per week, 1:30pm-5:30pm during the school year and 10am-2pm during Worcester Public Schools closures.
 Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Admissions and discharge paperwork processing</li><li>
Maintain accurate rosters for all enrolled participants</li><li>
Maintaining and auditing member files</li><li>
Daily/weekly/monthly attendance reporting</li><li>
Monitor voucher expiration and approval</li><li>
Assist with Monthly Voucher and Weekly Parent Billing</li><li>
Coordinate and administer BON meal program, including all necessary paperwork, as well as meal distribution.</li><li>
Assistance with any licensing, EEC or BGCA reporting.</li><li>
Coordinate events &ndash; Open houses, orientations for new participants, etc.</li><li>
Assist in coverage for programming if needed.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>
Education: High School Diploma</li><li>
1-3 years in an office environment</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Experience with billing or accounts receivables preferred</li><li>
Bilingual preferred (Spanish &amp; English) but not required.</li></ul>
