The Inbound Clerk is responsible for ensuring the quantity and quality verification of received products. The Inbound Clerk also provides data input for all receiving functions and communication. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for timely and accurate receipt and discrepancy communication of produce, grocery and misc. items received.</p><p></p><p><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.</li><li>
Receives P.O.s in AS400 to include discrepancy resolution/communication, rejection/protection requests, and quantity adjustments.</li><li>
Assists in physical receiving practices to include: Physically inspects the product for weight, condition, temperature, and quality also tagging all products with a slot label and places it in the correct slot location.</li><li>
Schedule appointments to receive incoming trucks.</li><li>
Handle walk-in customers.</li><li>
Assist with inventory as needed.</li><li>
Assist with third party audit preparation.</li><li>
Performs special projects as assigned by the Receiving Manager.</li></ul><p><b><br>
