Qualifications:</b></p>

o Preferred master&rsquo;s degree in special education, Educational Psychology, or related field.</div>

o State certification in Special Education required.</div>

o Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a high school setting.</div>

o Experience in reading and interpreting special education documentation.

o Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, executive functioning, and effective instructional strategies.</div>

o Ability to apply adult learning principles to design and deliver effective teacher professional development</div>

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and staff.</div>

o Ability to manage time effectively.</div>
