These court programs are in Anchorage, Palmer, Fairbanks, and Juneau and consist of Wellness Courts, Veterans Courts, Coordinated Resource (CRP) or Mental Health Court program, and Family Care Courts.Performs the initial intake/risk assessment upon initial opt-in to the therapeutic court program. Meets with offenders/participants regularly to monitor, process, and track compliance with court-ordered requirements, conduct routine field visits, curfew checks, and alcohol and drug screenings. Participates in court hearings and prepares written reports for all status hearings.Serve as a liaison between the Therapeutic Court participant and professionals in the justice system and local social service agencies. Work with the Therapeutic Courts in ensuring the Therapeutic Courts' continued adherence to the National Drug Court Institutes (NDCI) standards.This Position May Require Travel within the State of Alaska. JOB SUMMARY
</b></p><p>Performs highly complex parole administration and revocation work. Work involves conducting administrative hearings; preparing reports; and assisting the board members in the parole process. </b></p><p>A. Education, Experience, and Training
</p><p>1. Major course work in Criminal Justice, Law, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

The employee will be responsible for a variety of job functions related to offenders, coaching to help those under<br>

The employee may be assigned to act as an embedded agent assigned to a local law enforcement agency, an Institutional Parole Agent, or an Internet Crimes Against Children Agent (ICAC). The employee will follow policy, procedures, Director Office Memorandums (DOM) and Guiding Principles of the Department of Corrections in order to meet the goals of the Department.<br>

This is a position in which the incumbent has regular unsupervised access to and direct contact with probationers, or<br>
