Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures.</p></li><li><div>
Oversee patients&rsquo; cycling process - injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions throughout the cycle.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee patient conversion process, including, but not limited to follow-up phone calls, patient tracking, follow-up emails, and communicating where patients are in the conversion funnel from assessment to cycle.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization, and Frozen Embryo Transfers.</div></li><li><div>
Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Perform routine phlebotomy as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Perform intrauterine inseminations.</div></li><li><div>
Perform transvaginal ultrasound scans, including initial cycle visits, baselines, OBs and follicle scans.</div></li><li><div>

The Advanced Practice Provider diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team. In addition, this position focuses on health promotion and disease prevention; order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and x- rays; and prescribe medication.</div><div><b>
