<div><div><p>MUSC Health &ndash; East Cooper Medical Center is seeking a highly qualified Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative neonatal care team. In this role, you will provide advanced, patient-centered care in a Level I/II nursery setting, supporting newborns and their families while working in close coordination with our dedicated MUSC community practice neonatologist.</p><br>

</div><p></p><div><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p>
</div><div><ul><li><p>Advanced Practice Registered Nurse: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of neonatal or pediatric inpatient experience, preferably in a Level I or II nursery</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</p><br>
</li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>Position Highlights:</b></p>
</div><div><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with attending neonatologists and pediatric providers
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and resuscitation as clinically indicated
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Participate in delivery attendance and stabilization of high-risk newborns
</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and support family education
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with care teams and families
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice</p><br>
