In this role you will be responsible for leading and executing quality assurance activities across aerospace manufacturing operations. This role will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational development programs that support TES&rsquo;s operational goals.
 
 
 This position plays a key role in maintaining a strong workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and aerospace industry standards.
 
 
 Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership &amp; Strategy
 <ul>

 Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning initiatives.

 Help develop leadership capability across the organization.
 </li>

 Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Talent Acquisition
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with department managers to define competencies and hiring requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategies to attract and retain high-performing aerospace professionals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Employee Relations
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
 </li>

 Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters when necessary.
 </li>

 Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

 Compliance &amp; HR Operations

 Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

 Conduct internal HR audits and maintain accurate personnel documentation.

 QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

 7+ years of HR management experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or other regulated industries st
 
 rongly preferred.
 </li>
