Experience AND EDUCATION:</h3>

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients, conduct consultations &amp; skin assessments, recommend treatment plans and at-home skincare regimens</li><li>Perform aesthetic laser procedures and cosmetic injections safely, follow-up with patients and promote continued care</li><li>Document treatments in EMR and review patient charts</li><li>Cultivate patient trust through safe, results-driven treatments and attentive service to support retention and referrals</li><li>Promote yourself and offered treatments to attract new patients</li><li>Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining patient care standards</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory and assist with equipment maintenance</li><li>Support daily operations, scheduling, and team training</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current NP licensure in good standing</li><li>Experience in aesthetic medicine, laser procedures and cosmetic injectables preferred</li><li>Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional customer service, sales, communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes</li><li>Team player who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized</li><li>Possesses excellent time management and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team</li><li>Tech-savvy (EMR, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)</li></ul>While two years previous experience in a similar aesthetic practice is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
