</div><p>The Sales Consultant is a high-performance, client-facing sales role responsible for conducting in-person consultations and closing high-ticket aesthetic service packages. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable handling transactions in the $3,000&ndash;$10,000+ range and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment. The role focuses on building trust with clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them to the appropriate treatment solutions while consistently driving revenue.

</li><li>Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward same-day decisions
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of consultations and sales activity
</li><li>Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver a strong client experience

</li><li>Sunday required (highest revenue day)
</li><li>3 flexible weekdays (Monday&ndash;Friday)
</li><li>Standard hours listed as 10:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM (weekdays) and 11:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM (Sunday), with flexibility required based on client demand and appointments
