<li>Communicate training needs that will result in increased sales to Boutique Proprietor</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all Company and boutique policies and procedures</li>

Working Conditions &amp; Physical Demands

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must maintain compliance with state board regulations at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain and display a valid state-issued aesthetician or cosmetologist license for the work state. The employee is responsible for any fees, additional training, and/or renewals needed as a requirement.</li>
<li>Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.</li>
<li>This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.</li>

<li>Operate POS system, e-waiver iPad, boutique technology, shipment scanner gun, laptop (used for online scheduling), alarm keypad, and calculator.</li>
<li>Partner with the Regional Boutique Proprietor on ALL issues or questions.</li>
<li>Appropriately react and handle emergencies and loss prevention issues when opening or closing the Boutique.</li>
<li>Use all resources and tools to create the best atmosphere for our customers and employees.</li>

The target salary range for this position is $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr.
