WAVE Plastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Medical Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in San Francisco. 
The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. A willingness to learn, train, and grow within the industry is essential. 
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The role is onsite with standard working hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm). We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li> Provide high-quality skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized experience for every patient.</li><li> Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body;</li><li> Support Plastic Surgeons during pre- and post-operative exams, assisting in patient care and follow-up.</li><li> Manage appointments efficiently by adhering to the scheduled time, ensuring smooth and timely transitions between treatments.</li><li> Greet clients warmly, escort them to and from treatment rooms, and ensure they feel appreciated and valued at every stage of their visit.</li><li> Conduct thorough client consultations, obtaining information about contraindications and performing skin evaluations to determine the suitability of various treatments.</li><li> Advise clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens based on their specific skin concerns and goals.</li><li> Build rapport with clients by engaging in meaningful conversation during treatments, discussing topics of mutual interest to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.</li><li> Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge to promote and sell both spa services and retail skincare products effectively.</li><li> Ensure compliance with all esthetic protocols, including proper chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment to uphold clinic safety and hygiene standards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li> Valid Aesthetician License.</li><li> Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.</li><li> Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.</li><li> Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively.</li><li> Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting.</li><li> Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client&rsquo;s unique needs.</li></ul> 
Compensation:
The salary for this position starts at $25/hour, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.

We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Wave Plastic Surgery &amp; Aesthetic Laser Center located in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Perform aesthetic treatments including injectables (neuromodulators, fillers) and laser procedures, in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and develop customized treatment plans</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing courteous, timely, and professional communication from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up;</li><li>
Coordinate patient scheduling, consultations, and appointments in collaboration with medical providers to ensure efficient clinical operations;</li><li>
Collect and verify patient demographic, medical history, and consent information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy law.</li><li>
Prepare and organize patient charts and records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system prior to clinical encounters.</li><li>
Provide patients with information regarding available aesthetic services, procedures, pre- and post-treatment care instructions, and expected outcomes, as directed by licensed providers.</li><li>
Support patients in understanding treatment plans and assist in addressing non-clinical questions or concerns;</li><li>
Ensure patients are informed of fees, payment options, and applicable policies in a clear and professional manner.</li><li>
Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and management to support seamless care delivery;</li><li>
Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements;</li><li>
Assist in managing provider schedules, treatment room readiness, and inventory of supplies to support operational efficiency;</li><li>
Process patient payments, invoices, and financial transactions in accordance with practice policy and applicable law.</li><li>
Adhere to all practice policies, procedures, and professional standards, including infection control, patient confidentiality, and workplace safety protocols;</li><li>
Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and audit readiness, including patient consent forms and recordkeeping;</li><li>
Promptly report any adverse events, patient complaints, or operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor or compliance officer.</li><li>
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of the practice;</li><li>
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as required;</li><li>
Represent the practice with integrity and discretion in all patient and community interactions.</li><li>
Assist other providers with their patients and the practice's needs as directed;</li><li>
Assist and support CPP's and the practice's support team as directed; and</li><li>
Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member.</li></ul> 
Location: All providers will be required to split their time between two locations, San Francisco and San Mateo. 
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM - 6PM
