We are looking for an experienced Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music team and help driving WW customer acquisition. You will define, execute, and measure Affiliate marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business. This marketing leader will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as a thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities. Key job responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and scaling our affiliate ecosystem with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce and brand partnerships in the U.S. market. <li>You have direct experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.</li>
<li>You understand the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce, including TikTok Shop or similar platforms.</li>
<li>You have experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators or influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners.</li>
<li>You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to track performance and optimize campaigns.</li>
<li>You have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy connecting with creators and partners.</li>
