We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic After School Program Instructors to join our team.LOCATION: We partner with 7 school districts and have after-school program at 24 school sites in the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys.STARTING PAY RATE: from $19.00/hrSCHEDULE: Part time. Afternoon shifts available. Approximately 3-6 hours per day. Schedule and shifts will vary depending on school site and season (school year or summer).Ideal candidates must be adaptable, resilient, patient, energetic, dependable and motivated. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organization skills, and experience working with school age children in a teaching, tutoring, coaching, or leadership position.JOB TYPE: Part-timeDESCRIPTION: As an After School Program Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive environment. You will be responsible for supervising students to ensure a safe environment, serving as a mentor and role model, and assisting students with homework and assignments.In addition, you will have the chance to lead activities and teach enrichment lessons in a variety of categories, including languages and cultures, arts, technology, sports, fitness, nutrition, community service, citizenship, leadership, and social-emotional skills.  About the Role
 Concorde Education is seeking a Spanish Instructor to lead engaging after-school programs for students. This role focuses on building foundational Spanish language skills through interactive, communication-based instruction.
 Instructors will guide students through speaking, listening, and vocabulary development while introducing cultural topics in an accessible, age-appropriate way. Programs are designed for beginner-level learners, with flexibility based on grade level and site needs.
 What You’ll Teach
 <ul>
<li>Students will learn introductory Spanish through active participation and real-world communication. Topics may include:</li>
<li>Greetings, introductions, and everyday phrases</li>
<li>Numbers, dates, and basic conversational language</li>
<li>High-frequency vocabulary (school, family, food, hobbies)</li>
<li>Listening and speaking through games, role-play, and dialogue</li>
<li>Basic sentence structure and simple grammar patterns</li>
<li>Cultural topics from Spanish-speaking countries (traditions, food, music, geography)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Lead structured, engaging Spanish language sessions aligned to program goals</li>
<li>Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation</li>
<li>Adapt instruction for different skill levels and confidence levels</li>
<li>Emphasize speaking and listening through interactive activities</li>

Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum of 60 college credits (completed or in progress)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Spanish (ability to model pronunciation and basic instruction)</li>
<li>Experience working with students (schools, camps, tutoring, or youth programs)</li>
<li>Strong communication and classroom management skills</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li>
</ul>
