The Role:</b></p>

The Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for how software gets delivered across multiple teams&mdash;not by enforcing process, but by improving systems of work.</p>
<p>
You will lead delivery for individual teams and coach other Scrum Masters, raising the bar on transparency, execution quality, and continuous improvement. Your job is to help teams ship durable systems, surface real constraints, and steadily increase operational reliability.</p>

This role reports to the Associate Director of Software Engineering and operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, and leadership.</p>
