Typical Skills and Experiences:</div>

Agile certification (Certified ScrumMaster &ndash; CSM, SAFe ScrumMaster Certification - SSM, Professional ScrumMaster Certification - PSM) and proven experience across multiple teams is a plus.
Experience: Typically, Six years of experience in Agile including three years as an Agile Leader or similar role. Strong technical expertise in one or more Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Plus, a technical background in Software Engineering. Three or more years working with ALM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and peers. Ability to manage multiple teams and lead cross team initiatives. Strong candidates will put the team first, have excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving ability, conflict resolution skills and be active in the industry. Modernization, Integration &amp; Technical Leadership<ul><li>
Lead large-scale migrations from legacy platforms to successor systems, ensuring data integrity, ETL accuracy, and transition success.</li><li>
Oversee ETL processes, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) workflows, performance tuning, and analytics reporting (OAS).</li><li>
Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline optimization, reducing release cycle time and improving deployment consistency.</li><li>
Collaborate on middleware, platform, and IAM initiatives including WebLogic, OIM, RBAC, SSO, and federated identity governance.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.</li><li>
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, operational checkpoints, and stakeholder alignment sessions.</li><li>
Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and communication frameworks in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI.</li><li>
Foster strong relationships and transparent communication to ensure expectation alignment and ongoing stakeholder engagement.</li></ul>
Continuous Improvement &amp; Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, reduce team impediments, and refine processes across program portfolios.</li><li>

Provide guidance on ITSM practices, ServiceNow workflows, change management, and incident/problem resolution processes.</li><li>

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
10&ndash;15+ years of blended experience across Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, technical project management, and software development.</li><li>
Proven track record delivering large-scale IT modernization programs, data transformation projects, and enterprise system deployments.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, DevOps, ETL, analytics platforms, and application modernization.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, ODI, OAS, WebLogic, SQL/PLSQL, and related enterprise technologies.</li><li>
Expertise in Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM), including OIM, RBAC, MFA/SSO, and compliance-driven security processes.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios and lead cross-functional teams across distributed environments.</li><li>
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>
PSM I or CSM certification required; PMP/PMI experience is a strong plus.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience working in transportation, tolling, utility, retail, or large enterprise environments.</li><li>
Background leading Agile transformations at scale across large organizations.</li><li>
