Qualifications:
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Asana at an Enterprise or Business tier, including workspace configuration, custom fields, templates, rules, workflows, and portfolio management.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and enforcing governance frameworks for a work management or PPM platform &mdash; including data standards, naming conventions, access controls, and change management procedures.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in building Asana dashboards, reports, and portfolio views; experience extending Asana reporting through Power BI or similar analytics tools.</li><li>
Working knowledge of API integrations and automation capabilities within Asana; ability to configure and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).</li><li>
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and how work management platforms support Agile ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.</li><li>
Experience managing user access and identity in coordination with enterprise directory services (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory); understanding of role-based access control principles.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear governance documentation, training materials, and executive-level reports.</li><li>

Experience with Asana&rsquo;s API, Asana Connect, or third-party integration platforms (e.g., Unito, Power Automate, Zapier) for workflow automation.</li><li>
Familiarity with IT demand management processes, including intake, triage, prioritization, and capacity planning workflows.</li><li>
Experience in the energy, engineering, utilities, or professional services industry.</li><li>
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.</li><li>
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).</li><li>
