As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, mission stakeholders, and technical teams to lead Agile transformation efforts and scale Agile methodologies across teams. You will play a key role in advancing national defense priorities, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and frameworks to create impactful solutions.</p>

Responsibilities/Duties:</p>
<ul><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with program goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and remove impediments to team progress, maintaining focus on delivering high-value increments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Mentor teams in adopting and scaling Agile methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate and align multiple Agile teams to ensure consistency in practices and collaboration across initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and performance reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health to stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and alignment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the integration of Agile tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Facilitate onboarding training for Embedded Teams, including administrative processes, technology overviews, and CDAO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide continuity and mitigation planning for teams located in foreign locations.</li></ul>

Required Skills/Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>Experience: 2+ years of experience in supporting Agile teams or working within an Agile environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar industry certification</li></ul>
<ul><li>Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Teams or equivalent.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required (SCI eligibility preferred).</li></ul>
